Locked Account Have Purchase Receipts but EA Help blocked me. Need CM Help!

Hi everyone, I'm desperate and hoping a Community Manager (like CG_Tusken_Meathead) can help me, because regular EA Support has completely failed.

My SWGOH account was unlinked due to a technical error. I unfortunately don't have my Ally Code saved, but I DO have the official 2023 Google/Apple purchase receipts with the exact Transaction IDs from that account.

I have tried contacting EA Help multiple times. They simply refused to assist me, telling me that the only possible way to recover an account is if it is currently linked.

They completely ignored the fact that my Transaction IDs can be used to locate the account, closed my tickets without a solution, and now I am completely blocked from accessing the live chat.

I just want to recover the account I spent money and time on. If any CM sees this, please send me a Direct Message. I will gladly provide the Transaction IDs in private so you can verify my ownership and help me restore my account.
