Multiple in-app Purchases Not Received

Over the past few weeks, I have made multiple in-app purchases, but every time I either receive nothing or a previous purchase. It's a bit confusing, but the "diagram" below will help explain it.

So, for example: Relic Purchase (received nothing) -----> Material Purchase (received relics) ---> LSB purchase (received materials)....... 

I have made several attempts to contact in-game support, but every time they say "you received the item" and instantly close the ticket before I can reply. At this point, I'm certain that the in-game support is just AI and not real people.

I've attached a screen recording showing me purchasing a "slice-a-bundle" and only receiving crystals.

This is my last attempt at support before I give up.
