I have been doing the Finalizer bonus tier for over a year and after this morning's mini update it says the tier is locked until you 7* the ship... which I obviously have...
I use the bonus tier to cash in in the shard shop.
Could this be sorted, please?
Not to mention the lack of spending options for credits (normal and fleet) for the "valued" long term players. I have 1.4 bil credits and can only spend a couple hundred per day in shipments and general character enhancement.

Got the last 10 shards to 7 star Raddus this time around, bonus tier wasn't available while it was 6 star. Then when I upgraded Raddus to 7 stars it now says the event is locked to players who own a 7 star Raddus.
The bonus tier seems to be locked regardless of whether you have a 7 star Raddus, or not.

I am locked out of the Finalizer and Raddus having both already at 7 stars, Bonus Tier levels, all of us should be awarded the rewards

I only j7st unlocked Raddus and have been doing the bonus tier get it finished up. Not sure why you wouldn't have access with a 6 star ship.
I was told by EA Help employee Tanya to post on this forum also. I am having the issue with being locked out of Executrix event even though I only have a 6* executrix.
