I'm not doing any guild hopping etc just the normal raids from our 30k a day, so y is it on Sun 5th, 11 am we started the 24hr log period for the tank raid and mon the 6th 11am atk period ,I'm locked out of the rewards, I feel like u miss calculated the # of raids u can do in a weeks period with this new law u have. Plz fix this so I can have my rewards, thnx

We've also checked your account and the calculation is done correctly.

If the calculation is correct then what do i do different to prevent it from happening again?

  This is happening to many players. I’ve been locked out of raids multiple times and I am not guild hopping. No rhyme or reason to it. Some players get locked in our guild and others don’t. Makes no sense.
