SWGOH account won't import to PC - Error 9.0
Hey everyone, I'm having a strange account linking issue and hoping someone has encountered this before.
My main SWGOH account is completely accessible on my iPhone through Game Center, and I haven't lost progress. The problem started after I tried to set up SWGOH on another iPad. The iPad's account linking kept bugging out and restarting. Shortly afterwards, my PC started loading the iPad's different SWGOH account instead of my main account.
In the game on my iPhone the settings > Connect show's me three options:
- Unlink account (underneath it says my account is connected in green. And if I select it it comes up with "Account can't be unlinked")
- Sign out of Game Center
- Import Account
If I select Import Account and sign into EA with my main account the game attempts to load and then crashes with Error Code 9.0
On PC, trying to connect /import the account juts loops and doesn't import the account. The SWGOH Webstore also now doesn't recognize me account.
I've tried reinstalling the game on PC and iPhone but that hasn't work and I still get an error 9.0 on the iPhone.
Has anyone encountered this combination of PC and Web Store not recognizing the account, "Account not linked" as well as a Error Code 9.0 when importing?
I'm not trying to recover progress. The account is still safe and playable on my iPhone. I just need need to get the EA/SWGOH account association working properly so I can access it on my PC again?
