Log in error to webstore

I am being provided with an screen that says “link your account open star wars galaxy of heroes and follow the steps in the game to link your account” but when going in game to do so i’m being provided with another screen saying my birthday between my EA account and Star Wars Galaxy Heros account isn’t the same i was wondering if i could get help into setting these two up to log into the store.
