Shadows of the Empire LSB Issue

Specifically with the SotE bundle. C3PO and R2 bundles worked as normal. I purchased the LSB, received a receipt via email, but have not received the Characters or Coaxium. The bundle also remains purchasable in the store. Ally Code 232-995-888
