Hello. Please check to make sure Galaxy of Heroes is updated. Can you do that and let me know if you're still unable to log in?
Having the same problem. Reinstalled twice and still can't log in. Tried over wifi and mobile data. Samsung s20fe

Force stop the game and all Google Play Services.
Clear the cache of your Google Play Services & Google Play Games.
Try to restart the game.
This did not work
Fully updated, did the force stop on GOH and all google services. All my other games that use google play have no trouble logging in.
Has been done multiple times and still comes up with the same error
Did not work for me either
