Log into a different account

I had an account that i bought the hyperdrive bundle on. Around 9 months of playing the game i get an e mail from google saying my sign in information has changed, which logs me out of my blue stacks account. When i log back into blue stacks my account is gone and im met with the tutorial. I have no way of logging back into the right account as when i pair my account to discord or un pair my account from everything and play as guest they all lead me back to the same account i have just had to do the tutorial on. 

I dont have the account ID but i have the guild the account is in and the ally code
