I'd recommend setting up a help ticket by going to the EA Help site and opening up a case by clicking 'Contact Us'. If you provide sufficient evidence, the support team should be able to recover your account.
In your report you suggested that you only have the ally code. I noticed that you have a swgoh.gg account, if you log-in to this account and head over to the 'Settings & Sync' page, you will be able to recover your player/account id which will really help in your case.
