I have been logged out of Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes and cannot log back in. The game starts from the beginning like I am a new player - when I tap the cog/gear to go to settings there is no connect button for me to re-connect my Google Play account. EA Team, please help!

Same issue. Logged into the app this morning and got the tutorial screen. This has been happening for months at random, usually a force quit and relaunch fixes the issue and the app logs into my Google Play account. No luck this morning. No amount of force quits, data/cache clears, or uninstalls/reinstalls has fixed the issue. There seems to be no Google Play connectivity. I played through the tutorial long enough to get to the in-game settings, and there is no Connect button. I now appear to be stuck with this new tutorial account on my phone with no way to get rid of it or access my existing account through Google Play. Same results between Android and Bluestacks. At least on Bluestacks I got the green "Already have an account" button one time on initial login, but all it did was ask me to enter my DOB and then it relaunched again right to the tutorial and that button never showed up again.
I have the exact same issue. Loaded me into a new account, no option to sign in to existing ones at the settings. No amount of restarting/reinstalling solved the problem.
I'm having the same issue. Tried reinstalling the game, clearing cache, reloading my phone... nothing helps.
I'm in! They must have fixed/changed something on EA's side.
