Lord Vader lightspeed bundle returned crystals instead

Bought the lord vader lightspeed bundle on the webstorw and was given an error message and crystals instead. Contacted support and not been resolved Player name: JakeF329 Ally Code: 752-377-384

In Game support have confirmed they arn't going to fix the issue so i have been scammed for £50.
