Community ManagerTo double-check, when you say you can't access the account, can you confirm if you can load up the game and play, but can't see your progress or data? Was your account backed up to the Game Center/Play Store beforehand?
If you can't load the game at all, could you please share a bit more? What happens when you try to log in? Are you getting an error message?

I can enter the game, but unfortunately my account has been reset as a new user. My profile is visible from my other accounts, my Google achievements are visible, there is no problem with my email. As a result, when I enter the game, all my data is gone as if it was a new account .account is also linked to

I'm having the same issue. Pc client works but on mobile it will not trigger the Google play sign in. I've tried linking through ea connect after passing the tutorial and getting to level 5. My account is backed up and still exists. Is this a widespread bug?
i have a login issue today... my google play game and my device not connect...
i lost my account today... i lost my friend too... so sad... can help?
