Kessel run rewards retroactively?/webstore still not working

Following up on previous post about the webstore not working for onwards of a week; it would be great to get my Kessel run progress added on to my account after having to purchase era materials from the in game store. If you’re going to, for whatever reason, force certain players into using the in-game store due to inability to fix what should be a simple problem I truly hope there’s a way to rectify the issue of rewards on the player end. You’d think since Apple doesn’t skim off the top of the webstore there’d be more urgency to fix this issue.
