Working with in game advisors right now. It seems my main account is floating in the either right now. Have the player ID, ally code, and receipts from purchases for the account so I am hoping there can be some resolution. Had a few Light Speed Bundles I am dreading will be lost.
Went through EA support on the main page twice now and have been continuously referred to the in-game advisors so I had to create new account just to access that. incredibly frustrating to say the least.
