Don't expect much. I have the same issue with my +14M account and I got ZERO feedback from EA help. It's been over 24 hours since I've last logged in to my account from my android mobile. I can only access the account from the PC app, but I rarely use my PC due to work.

    I can't connect on PC, I've tried and get stuck in a loop with the game stating to link my account or create a new account. When I click link account, it states to open the app and connect through the app - which I can't do because I can't get into my account on the app.... More than annoying, it's a total and utter mess. How did you manage to access your account from PC?
