Lost Access to Main Account – 12M GP, All GLs R7+, Kyber 3 GAC

As it happens to most people who are writing post, it does not work, I have 3 days without being able to access my account only by the pc (I can not connect every day to the pc, so I lose energy and rewards, add more of not contributing to the guild).

I hope this is solved soon, I don't know if it's a probla of Google play games or ea, but for people who have been playing for many years, it's a huge nuisance.
