Bought the Bad Batch LSB and received crystals instead

Hello, 

I bought the bad batch LSB almost 2 weeks ago and received crystals instead. I immediately created a post on this forum and gave it time but received no help. I also used the in-game help, and it told me that a ticket would be logged with support member. That was a few days ago and still nothing. I am just hoping to receive the characters I bought. Any help on following steps or people to contact would be much appreciated. I have included my ally code and a bigger of the message in game.
