I wanted to update my EA account, when I clicked the "Import account" button, I was offered to import not my account at all, but a level 0 account, I decided to log in and delete it so that it wouldn't get in the way, as a result, I can't log in to the account now, when reinstalling, I got a window in which it was possible to set the date of birth, I accidentally set the wrong date of birth (it does not match the date of birth specified in the EA account)
when you click Log in through the EA account, filling in the linked email, a window pops up:
We cannot connect your EA account, because the date of birth indicated in your EA account does not match the date in the mobile game
, this error occurs on other devices, and because of this error, I cannot log in to my account from a PC.
At the same time, my Google mail, which is linked to the main account, is saved 
I also tried to write to support, from the beginning I wanted to change the date, but this cannot be done due to the law of the country in which I live, I tried to write support asking for help to return the ak, I was ignored:(
