Lost account(accidentally unlinked ea account)

Hello everyone, I have a big problem. I got a new iPhone and when I was trying to transfer the account from the old iPhone I clicked unlink ea account not knowing what that button actually does. When I tried to log in again, I got error code 9.0 and the choice of restart or contact support. After a failed restart attempt, I contacted ea support and they told me that I have to create a new account in the game and in the game to contact support, but they failed to return my account even though I gave them all the account information they asked of me. please help me i have been playing starwars galaxy of heroes for more than 3 years my account is very important to me. I'm still in the discord group in the guild I'm in in the game called bantha hunters, everyone from the guild can confirm that it's my account.
