Lost my 11,1 Million Account after Troubble in Login

Hello, I lost my account with the Ally Code 438994642 after an unsuccessful attempt to start the game SWGOH 20 days ago, in which I ended up on a fresh starter account after logging in. I keep ending up on the starter account and immediately after I can no longer log in my account the name has changed from Gargennox to Qef Tser. Since I can no longer log into the account, no further logins have been registered on it. After days of writing back and forth, the support in the game told me that I had deleted the account. But that's not true. My family and I play together in a guild with 5 accounts and some of us use the options in the shop. I'm making another desperate attempt to get my account back so I can play with my family again.
Please help me.

  • It doesn't look deleted.  It's also in a guild still "Deutsche Biertrinker Union".  Did you put the account there?

    Last activity on it seems to be when you said 3rd November.  What's worrying though is why did it change name?  Also, is it not connected to an email, Google Play or something?

    I am experiencing something similar. I stopped playing back in June. Trying to return to the game. I had two accounts - very different progress. Obviously I would like to return to the larger of the two. However, in game the smaller account seems linked to one email address. When I go to the online store, my larger account is attached to that email address. Trying to get help from EA, but they make it freaking impossible to get any sort of assistance. Trying to fill in a ticket with all the details I know - Ally codes, player IDs, email address - all relevant issues. The ticket requires me to fill in what Console I am using. I for the life of me cannot figure out what to put, the input cell remains red and rejects anything I put in there. If anyone reads this rambling and can offer insight on how to get help, it would be greatly appreciated. I think not returning to the game may be the best option!!

    I played the Account in this Guild with my Brother, Woman and Kids and since the Login not work no one logged in, and no one do something with the account.

    I have played the account on the Computer from my Son in a Android simulator. My company let not play me games on Handy and Laptop. i reinstall the Android Player and start with the same Goolge mail like before, but come Back to the Starter Account and can the same Chat with support see.

    It's amazing how many stupid liars there are and that EA still employs them. They told me that I should have deleted my account. I didn't delete the account, but if so, EA did it. However, since all data and information is preserved and, above all, visible to everyone, my account has not been deleted. It's just a shame now that I and my family will probably leave the game and we'll have to look for another game provider to leave our money with. So the help support employees are not only stupid liars but also anti-salespeople.
    Well, maybe someone here will see my post who has some idea of ​​what they are doing and I can still get my account back.

    EA is a really bad fraud club, with complete incompetence at what they do. They steal my hard-earned account and don't give a **bleep** about the money I've invested.
