Lost SEE bundle..

2024,12,24 I purchased in the "gifts" option for my second Parrot II account (ally code 595421353) the product "Galactic Bundle24" containing Empire characters (Royal Guard, Admiral Piett, Director Krennic, Grand Moff Tarkin, General Veers, Colonel Starck). I have a payment confirmation from the bank and an invoice issued by Apple order no. MLJT5SM4QW; order no. 1-10409828087; document no. 203892410015. Unfortunately, I have not received the purchased product on my Parrot II account for three days. I have made such purchases before and either received the product immediately or after a maximum of an hour. Please check the explanation why I have not received the purchased product to this day. In the game settings tab, I pressed the "restore purchases" button because I thought it would take me to the complaints page, but nothing like that happened. Please explain. Best regards!
