Exactly the same thing happened to me.
After collecting the rewards I went to spend on negotiator shards.
Game told me I had to restart (again) and when it restarted all rewards had gone.

Obviously setting account to pre-reward status.
I spoke to EA chat for 3 hours last night, all for them to tell me to post about it in forums !

So their solution is to moan about it on social media ! I just want the rewards everyone else got.
