Question

Hi Guys, I bought the ki-adi mundi bundle and the jedi knight revan bundle and the darth revan bundle.
All 3 through the webstore. It was charged to my account but I didnt receive the charcters? Instead I got some crystals. I saw someone else mention to ask EA_Gunner for potential help? I have been stuck on this problem for 6 days now. I tried the help button inside the game and have also tried posting on the forum but it seems there is no response. My ally code is: 797-552-383

It says my purchase is still processing? It’s been 6 days since I bought the bundle and it’s still processing? That should be impossible right? Still no response from anyone in the dev team. If I cant get the character I would like to have my money back
