LSB bundle still not received

Hello I have bought a LSB PROFUNDITY bundle that costs 29.99 couple days ago and instead I just received crystals I have made my case in game. Can yall help fix this issue and I have messaged CG to fix this issue as well. I would like to get what I paid for.
