LSB Purchasing Bug

Question

I attempted to buy the Sith eternal Emperor LSB 2 and it never added the characters to my roster. Once I payed I got kicked out of the game because the session expired but the charge was done on my bank and the offer doesn't appear on my shop anymore, so it counted as buyed.

One day later. The bundle appears now in the shop but the charge in my bank account is done anyway and I haven't recieved anything.
