That is what his office is for. They will investigate fraudulent marketing. make sure you have all your screen shots, receipts and evidence to support your claim. You are filing an official complaint against a company for defrauding players. It's treated as an official government investigation so they need hard evidence not feelings or conjecture. Good luck
