Luminara's Force Blast ability

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Force Blast smikk does not trigger Ability Block as intended 85% chance
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? use the skill and see what happens and sice most of the battle are against stronger oponents (thanks for that)

I would really apreciate if I know when you will make force blast to work as intended or something close and once you fix the problem maybe you resent the offer for Luminara's pack for $19 (I did pass this because of this bug -  I won't pay for a broken skill)

    What is your Luminara's Potency? What is the tenacity level of the target? Those are both vital questions to determine if the Ability block is resisted or not. It has an 85% chance to *try* and apply ability block. This it needs to check where that application is resisted.

    Luminara is currently not a very powerful character right now, but that's not a bug. She was an original character, and has fallen victim to the game's inevitable power creep.

    ^ This. I've just checked your characters, and your Luminara has 0% potency. Once you can equip mods (starting at level 50) try and apply a cross mod with a potency primary stat.

    Some gear pieces also increase potency. The higher your potency, the more likely you are to apply debuffs. But as jkray622 said, even with high potency there is still a 15% chance she won't even attempt to apply ability block.

    Thanks for reply. As I was afraid, promoting, leveling and gearing up Luminara was a mistake. She is useless just like a masaje on table's leg but you guys made your point: this isn't a P2W game.

    Man, like 18 months ago I was convinced she was the best character in the game. She was on all my GW squads and in my arena team. I geared her as high as possible. It's funny how perspectives change over time.
