Re: Malgus LSB glitch

I’m also having this issue, a guild mate purchased the Ben solo bundle for me as a gift three days ago and nothing has shown up. Supports not answering me on my end and being very unhelpful on his end.

CG_Meathead​ sorry if tagging is bad manners. I just want to pass on that EA help is indicating the Malgus LSB is not a giftable bundle despite it being listed in the gift section of the game. Not sure if that means something is broken with the bundle, but I was told to pursue my refund with Apple. 

I was told that I somehow purchased the gift for myself when that is not a feature in the shop and on top of that I have had my Malgus at R7 for over a year, so normally the game would never allow me to purchase this for myself  

I did try to state this back to support as I understand they may not be as involved in the game, but their feedback was to just try to get my refund through Apple and no paths were provided for giving my guild mate the purchase. 

Same issue, purchased a Malgus and a ben solo, neither showed up. Attempting to open a ticket but that process is so slow and painfull. 

Im having the same problem. i bought it for a friend of mine in my alliance the day it showed up in game and it has yet to show up in their account.
