Malgus LSB glitch

I tried to purchase the Malgus LSB in the website but was faced with an error. The bundle disappeared from the webstore and I didn’t receive anything in game.

Hi folks,

Thanks for letting us know you picked up the bundle, and sorry to hear the content didn't come through for you yet.

There are two quick things that'd be good to check:

Check the transaction – just make sure your payment actually went through and the charge shows on your end.

Restore your purchases – in game, tap the gear icon in the top left of the Cantina screen, then hit Restore Purchases. That often does the trick.

If the contents from the Malgus LSB bundle don’t pop up after that, the next step is to contact our support team through the game with proof of purchase. They'll take a look into this for you.

I paid and was charged for Malgus LSB but never actually received it in game. I was able to receive the Ben Solo LSB so I was hoping to also get Malgus. CG please help me. Player ID- 287-447-361

The same thing happened to me but no crystal compensation. It errored but then never showed up.

I bought the Darth Malgus LSB and then it gave me an error. It still charged me $40 and I was given 5,800 crystals for reimbursement. Now he isn't on the Webstore so I can't even buy him. That character is worth way more than 5,800.
