I  purchsed the Tank Light Speed Token from the webstore and the money came out of my account and when i went into the game there was nothing

I got some ingame msg in my inbox saying error we have   credited your account as best we could.

I Would  like this Light Speed Token as the money has come out and the crystals  are not worth what i spent.
