Received Crystals Instead of Malgus LSB

Hi, I bought the Malgus lightspeed bundle and have an email saying that was what was purchased, but did not receive it or coaxium points, was instead given crystals instead. I do not want to have to spend another £40 and would like the bundle instead of the crystals. I tried restoring purchases in game and nothing happened I also tried using the help feature but it does not give any help. 

Can anyone tell me if I will get this bundle and if so, when? Or how do I go about doing so as I can’t seem to find any way of getting help in-game?
