Malgus LSB Issues

Hey, I purchased the Malgus LSB just now through the webstore, did not receive the coaxium for it. Then I opened SWGOH and received a mail saying an error occured and they granted me crystals instead. Was looking to get the issue resolved for both the toon and the webstore rewardsEA_Gunner​
