Re: Malgus LSB glitch
Gifted a guild mate the malgus LSB. Got a message they would receive it in their inbox, but it was never delivered.
I contacted in game support who stated that I purchased the LSB for myself and not my guild mate. I know this isn't the case, but obviously EAs logs say otherwise. So, I purchased the same LSB for the same guild mate a second time. This second purchase did not get received by my friend, either.
Contacted in game support but again but they are not responding.
Both transactions have gone through on my bank account. Please can someone from EA help me with this, I'm assuming that even if support's assertion that I bought the first LSB for myself by mistake, the second time should not have been possible to purchase for myself.
Obviously something is wrong with the processing of gifts as there's a ton of similar issues recently logged here.
