Mandalorian Outcasts Lightspeed - Can't get help from support

I bought the Mandalorian LS bundle from the webstore but there was an error.  How do I get support with this issue?  I have contacted support through the website and they pushed me to the in-game support.  I have been chatting with in-game support for 10 days now without any luck.

I bought the LS bundle and got a failed error so was given crystals instead, which isn't useful.  I provided all of the screenshots but keep getting sent to other people without a solution.  

Do I just keep waiting to try and get someone useful from support or do I request a refund from Apple?  Just looking for some direction because I clearly haven't gotten what I paid for.
