Mando LST token error in purchase, wasn't charged but also can't buy it

I tried to buy the $19.99 Mandolorian lst, and the PayPal page froze. I don't think i was charged for the token, so that's cool, but I'd still like to buy it and it's vanished from the store now.

How do I get someone at EA to reset the lst for me so I can buy it? Is that a thing they do?
