Summarize your bug have purchased three Mara Jade character shard packs using gems. I have only received 20 total. This bs considering that the packs can drop 330 shards. Please provide shards and Mara Jade upgrade items.

This is not a bug. All pack probabilities can be viewed in-game. The marquee character pack is most likely to drop 5 or 7 shards. I've attached the odds below for this pack.
