Lost Access to Main Account – 12M GP, All GLs R7+, Kyber 3 GAC

I haven’t been able to get into the game all day it just keeps loading

I am having the same issue on an iOS device 

I have the same thing on PC Stuck on Checking for updates I liked yours can you go like mine to hopefully get some traction

I can't access the swgoh.gg website via mobile internet. The problem has been going on for about 2+ weeks. I can access it via WIFI at home. But it loads and nothing happens via mobile internet.

Has anyone encountered this problem? How can I solve it?

Hi there. That is not an EA website so it's not something we can help with. You may want to try clearing the cache and cookies for your device though.

Hi there, hoping this catches someone's eye from CG/Swgoh resources. i cannot seem to access my swgoh game account, if i need to send picture proof let me know. Every time i log in using the EA email, it asks me to create a new account in game.

Cannot get in game since the update. Everything worked fine till had to update new client.

I cannot get past the loading screen as well. Ever since the pirates mistake update it’s like my game isn’t downloaded all the way so it won’t load the cantina. 

Same with mine. I’m on IOS. Stuck on the Home Screen with it saying “loading cantina”. Cannot get past it. #Fixyourgame

I can't access my account for a week. My account is like a new account, all my data has been deleted EA Help still hasn't communicated properly. Please help.
