Lost Access to Main Account – 12M GP, All GLs R7+, Kyber 3 GAC
I’m experiencing a serious issue with my Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes account. After a recent login, the game opened a new, empty account, instead of my original one.
My original account had:
- Above 12 million Galactic Power
- All Galactic Legends, each at Relic 7 or higher
- Kyber 3 in Grand Arena Championships
- Multiple fully relic’d squads and years of consistent progress
Last successful login: Around 12:00 PM (EET / Eastern European Time), today
Platform: Android
Device model: Samsung GalaxyS20FE
Linked account method: Google Play / Facebook
What I’ve already tried:
- Reinstalled the game
- Cleared app cache and data
Reached out to EA Help but haven’t received a response yet
This account represents years of work and investment, and I would greatly appreciate help in recovering it as soon as possible.
