Thanks for the swift reply, I appreciate it.

As you can see in my opening post, I included a screenshot. What I don’t understand is this: if Belgium supposedly doesn’t allow these kinds of purchases, why am I still able to buy other packs with crystals?

That’s what’s confusing me. Some crystal packs are clearly available in my store, while the specific marquee packs are missing. If it were purely a regional restriction, wouldn’t all similar crystal purchases be blocked?

That’s why I’m not entirely convinced it’s just a Belgium-related issue.

Crystal packs aren’t banned in Belgium, online gambling is. Not every crystal pack involves probability, that’s why some are available to you.
