Mass TM Removal during Battle for Naboo Raid when a new wave spawns in

In the Battle for Naboo Raid, whenever a new enemy wave finishes spawning in, my entire team loses 100% Turn Meter, regardless of what team I run. I can’t find any clause that explains the mass TM removal, so I assume it is a bug.
I experienced this bug when using an iPhone 11, though it also appears several times during AhnaldT101’s stream of the Raid, and in other YouTube videos showing the Raid (https://youtu.be/suvkr3C6Jp0?si=QGG8mj1B2mJKhEos), (https://youtu.be/9SDHd68sfUY?si=ih_FWDfcGcrb_t33), (https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=lCsv05URHQs&t=5603s), (on PC and on mobile), though nobody seems to have pointed this bug out yet. In the videos, go to any battle and watch closely when a wave is beaten. As the wave loads in, everyone loses their TM for a split second, then gain TM according to their Speed. Hence, characters will go first based on their Speed but without considering the Turn order they originally had. It seems to happen to any and every team that can be used.
