Super upsetting. Took hours through EA help and finally got directed here. That is as others said undocumented and not clear at all about this.
I do love that they told me to try graphic settings adjusting, resetting my router all kinds of nonsense which I said " it happens on the web store not the game at all and it shows like this on cell and 3 different wifi connections.."
Oh bonus for them asking me "May I know if you are using emulated Android/iOS devices, and/or versions of our games downloaded from third-party sources."
