The last event was Ghosts of Dathomir, where you earn shards for zombie and spirit. Bad move skipping the bonus tier as the achievement wasn't for that event.

That achievement is for a different event, the Defense of Dathomir, which starts in a couple of days. You face separatists using nightsisters and earn Talzin shards.
