Missing 1k crystals

On the morning of May 15, 2025 I made a purchase for MK12 ArmaTek Data pad Prototype Salvage using Conquest keycard currency. The game gave me the allotted amount for the Keycards but docked me 1k crystals instead. Need a reimbursement of crystals pls. I’ve been diligently saving for Scorch
