Missing 55 shards for Darth Revan

Hi, I have completed the journey for Darth Revan ( 3 stars in all missions) but still I am missing 55 shards. What am I missing? Or doing rong? Or it is a bug?

I just had the same issue lmao. I upgraded the characters necessary to 4/5 of them 7 stars and decided I’ll see how far I could get into the event. Upon completing tier III (first one that gives DR shards), my game had and error and now I have 0/330. I have ss for proof of this if it’s necessary but my ally code is 775-583-933 account name “Kiilo Ren”
