Missing Bad Batch LSB Characters

Hello there,  I Purchased the Bad Batch LSB in game store and got a message in my email inbox with the receipt and amount i paid and command number. But i never receive them in game.

i still see the bb lsb still in store like i didnt buy it but when i check on google play store, i see my command and on my credit card i see the ammount charge.

When im supposed to received BB Toons that I paid for?
