Missing BB8 Bundle

I bought the recent BB8 LSB from the webstore on November 21. but I did not receive my bundle. This is my first time buying things from the webstore and after I bought the bundle I immediately saw this sign.

They charged me 10 bucks but my inbox is still empty. I tried to contact the in game help team, but they were not responding properly. I want a refund or the bundle I purchased, please. This should be fixed.
