Last night 9 hours ago I made a purchase for the Jedi Knight Revan bundle and 9 hours later it’s stuck in pending transaction. On my EA it says the transaction has gone through but hasn’t charged me for the bundle and I can’t see it anymore on my account or the web store.

Same thing happened to me for Jedi knight revan. I bought both light speeds of revan and only got the darth revan one. Although, it says pending but also charged me for it so the money for it is gone. I contacted in game support and they haven’t responded in 3 hours after asking for my player ID and I gave it within 15 min. I also contacted ea support and they said go to in game support.
I also bought the Darth revan bundle but i didnt get it, it even shows that the purchase has been completed in my purchase history and i also contacted EA help and still nothing

When I try to buy bundles on the online store it just says ooops try again later, but I’ve tried that and the same thing comes up
actually I think its a bug, cus i got a friend who has bought a bundle previously and his game was bugged but he got his stuff after 4 days
