Missing Character Shards from Completed Journey Guide

I completed the Darth Revan journey guide but I’m still 55 shards short. My game crashed right as I beat one of the tiers, but it showed complete when I opened the game back up. Now I’m wondering if it caused a glitch that kept me from getting the rewards but has the game thinking it gave them to me. I tried re-doing all the tiers, and all they all show as complete, and there’s no other way to get his shards. I tried the “EA Help” but they barely even respond and said they “don’t add content”. Anyone had this kind of issue?
