Missing Coaxium from Webstore

I purchased the Conquest Pass on the webstore but didn't receive the 1000 coaxium that was supposed to come with it, 

I believe this is a known issue as the in game help said it's being investigated but suggested posting here anyway so here I am

Hope it gets sorted out soon
