Missing Community Rewards

I am missing the community milestone rewards.

I got red crate and bought the conquest pass last cycle which put me at 110 shards of the stranger. I purchased 10 shards from the conquest vendor this current cycle to put me at 120.

However, I should be at 140 total shard with the community milestone rewards. Any help would be appreciated. I’ve already tried  re-logging in and reinstalling.
